Employee Car Ownership Administrator

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-driven and looking for a dynamic position within a collaborative team.

As an Employee Car Ownership & Insurance Coordinator, you will support both the organization's ECO and insurance operations.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, business departments and external partners to ensure the effective implementation of company policies that encourage employee car ownership. Your responsibilities will include managing ECO vehicle data, coordinating with external service providers and maintaining accurate records.

  • Manage the Employee Car Ownership (ECO) scheme, including liaison with brands, communication with employees and administration of finance contracts.
  • Lead the renewal process for employee motor insurance policies, act as key point of contact with insurance brokers and manage employee motor insurance claims.
