**Job Title:** Senior Accounting Manager, US GAAP

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated leader to manage the US GAAP close process across 30+ international entities. This role requires a results-driven individual with multinational experience and strong analytical skills.

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position in our global finance team, responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual US GAAP close process for 30+ international entities
  • Review and oversee reconciliations and variance analyses to ensure accuracy and US GAAP compliance
  • Partner with local and regional accounting teams to ensure timely delivery of results and alignment with corporate timelines
  • Prepare and present financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
  • 10+ years of post-qualification accounting experience with substantial US GAAP exposure in a multinational environment
  • Proven experience leading a close process and managing accounting operations for multiple entities
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit management
  • Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across geographies and cultures
