The role of Senior Financial Leader at a global healthcare organization presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and commercialization of life-changing medicines.
You will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals in delivering high-quality financial information and strategic advice to support business growth and decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to drive business performance.
- Maintain and reconcile trial balances, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Lead annual statutory audits, maintaining relationships with external auditors and stakeholders.
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team through effective people management, training, and performance development.
- Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and enhance collaboration.
- Evaluate and improve internal controls, ensuring SOX compliance and identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
In this role, you will also contribute to ad-hoc projects and provide expert financial guidance to support business growth.
Requirements:- Fully qualified member of an internationally recognized accounting body (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
- At least 5 years' PQE gained in an international environment in financial accounting, management accounting, tax, or operational support.
- Proven experience in leading a team, driving results, and building positive relationships with finance and non-finance departments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exposure to shared service/centralized offshore financial reporting environments desirable but not required.
