Job Title: Senior Financial Leader

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Financial Leader to join our organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take on a challenging and rewarding role.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading the financial team and contributing to the development of business strategy. You will work closely with senior management to ensure the accurate preparation of periodic balance sheet, working capital & cash flow reports, as well as management of budget, forecast & 5 year planning processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the finance team and managing day-to-day operations
  • Preparation of financial reports and analysis
  • Development and implementation of financial strategies
  • Liaison with internal and external auditors

Requirements:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA
  • Strong financial reporting experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
