Job Overview

As a senior financial leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting requirements for European entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of internal TD monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
  • Design and maintain working papers to meet local financial reporting standards.
  • Review and update procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Set up and document new processes/procedures in a clear and consistent manner.
  • Meet TD's Head Office reporting requirements and comply with regulatory needs.
Statutory Reporting
  • Work with UK/Ireland auditors to ensure timely audit of financial statements.
  • Provide expertise in incorporating new disclosure requirements for new businesses/products.
  • Assist in statutory reporting for all UK and Irish entities, including reviewing draft financial statements.
  • Deliver quarterly deliverables for standalone entities to the Audit committee and Board Meeting.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently but collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Financial Reporting & Control, preferably with a Financial Services organization.
  • Experience in standalone entity financial statement preparation.
  • Support wider team deliverables.
  • Build positive stakeholder relations within the organization.
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • Accounting or industry-specific qualification.
  • Preferably 7+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit.
