Job Title: Senior Financial Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Leader to join our team in a senior financial leadership role. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing finance team, focusing on financial strategy development and implementation.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Overseeing the financial health of the business, developing financial strategies, creating budgets, analysing financial data, and providing insights to senior management.

This position requires strong leadership skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for managing investments, expenses, cash flow, and contract negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial strategy development and implementation. Experience in the Food Manufacturing industry is essential, with Retail, Foodservice, and Logistics/Supply Chain experience being advantageous.

A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required, with a Master's degree or professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role, is also required.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven ability to manage and lead a small finance team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
