Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Financial Strategist to lead our financial operations. This critical role will involve developing and implementing strategic plans, fostering relationships with regional finance teams, and overseeing the finance function.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement/implementation
  • Building relationships with partnership organizations, insurers, auditors, and banks

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the finance function, including management accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, transactions, audit, and compliance
  • Implementation and maintenance of robust internal controls and compliance
  • Maintenance of relationships with external audit and coordination of year-end audit
  • Leadership and expertise on technical accounting situations
  • Commercial accounting and leadership, direction, and management of your team

 

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Low value, high volume stock experience
  • Proven experience assisting in the growth strategy of a large-scale business
  • Experience reporting to a senior executive and board
  • SAP S4 HANA experience is beneficial
  • Excellent relationship building with finance and non-finance professionals
  • Proven business strategist and adviser
