Senior Financial Leader

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to fill a key leadership role in our organization.
About the Role:- This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a senior finance professional to lead our finance function and contribute to the overall success of our business.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership of the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Management of financial reporting and analysis.
- Cash flow management and treasury operations.
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3 years PQE.
- Experience working in a construction/engineering company is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisation, and IT skills, with an attention to detail.
- Effective leadership skills that motivate and engage direct and indirect teams.
