We are seeking a highly organized Global Order Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating global orders, verifying completeness and accuracy, processing orders within agreed KPIs, confirming correct prices and quotes, detecting and managing phase-outs of products, supporting the Team Manager with issue resolution and escalation, resolving order discrepancies, escalating unresolved issues promptly, and covering order entry team members during peak periods.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify orders for completeness and accuracy.
  • Process orders within agreed KPIs.
  • Confirm correct prices and quotes.
  • Detect and manage phase-outs of products.
  • Support Team Manager with issue resolution and escalation.
  • Resolve order discrepancies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues promptly.
  • Cover order entry team members during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • Third-level diploma or equivalent with three years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods.
  • Fluency in English and a second European Language.
