Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cardiac Physiologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing and reporting transthoracic echo and other non-invasive cardiac tests as required.

The role involves working in a dynamic environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care through accurate and timely test results. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing and reporting transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) tests.
  • Providing expert advice on TTE testing and interpretation.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement strategies to improve patient care.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of clinical guidelines and standards.
  • Participating in training and education programs to maintain professional skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Clinical Measurement from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior cardiac physiologist role.
  • Relevant post-qualification experience in cardiology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and technology systems.
