Job Title: Financial Analyst

The ideal candidate will provide financial support to our Roosendaal Distribution Center, acting as a key finance partner to the leadership team. This role reports to the Senior Manager Finance, Global Supply Chain and is responsible for various tasks including review and presentation of monthly financial performance and metrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Key finance partner to the distribution leadership team.
  • Monthly review and presentation of financial performance & metrics to the distribution leadership team.
  • Collaboration with the distribution center on inventory management to control stock levels & manage obsolescence. Coordinate risk assignment and establish key metrics for business evaluation.
  • Owning and preparing annual operating plans and forecasts for the distribution center.
  • Compliance with all relevant rules and regulations through collaboration with internal and external audit teams.
  • Evaluation of capital requests for the distribution center.
  • Preparation of future cost models for the distribution center.
  • Identifying and quantifying cost-saving opportunities for the distribution center.
  • Finance lead in the transformation program & S/4 Hana implementation for the distribution center.
  • Other project work as required by the finance department.
  • Development of analytical models using available tools such as Power BI and AI.
Requirements:
  • Number of overall years necessary: 2-5.
  • Ideally 3+ years post qualification experience in a multinational environment with exposure to distribution, manufacturing or shared service environments.
Qualifications:
  • Professional accounting qualification desirable (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or equivalent.
