Overview

Career Vision is proud to partner with a luxury hotel to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Spa Manager to lead a team at a stunning new wellness destination in County Mayo.

**About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and delivering commercial success. Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in developing treatments, wellness programs, memberships, and service excellence.

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of treatments, hygiene, and customer care.
  • Develop and manage spa & leisure programs, promotions, and special offers.
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue.
  • Recruit, train, and develop spa therapists and support staff.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or resort setting is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A passion for wellness, beauty, and holistic treatments.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
