Spa Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Operations Manager to join our team at the world-renowned Ashford Castle in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest service delivery, and driving sales and revenue growth.

About the Role
  • Manage and coordinate all spa operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Director of Spa and Wellness to achieve business objectives and goals

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in spa operations management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in spa operations management
  • Degree in hospitality or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
