Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Spa & Leisure Manager to lead our team at a luxurious wellness destination in County Mayo. This is a unique chance to develop and implement innovative spa programs, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role:
As Spa & Leisure Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless and high-quality guest experiences. You will play a key role in developing treatments, wellness programs, memberships, and service excellence, working closely with senior management.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead, manage, and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional service.
2. Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
3. Implement and maintain high standards of treatments, hygiene, and customer care.
4. Develop and manage spa & leisure programs, promotions, and special offers.
5. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue.
6. Recruit, train, and develop spa therapists and support staff.
7. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Spa & Leisure Manager in a luxury hotel or resort setting is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- A passion for wellness, beauty, and holistic treatments.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
