Branch Assistant Job Opportunity

About the Role:

This position will report to the Branch Manager and assist in all duties required to safely and effectively carry out the daily branch operations.

Based in Rathdrum, Co Wicklow, this role will report to the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top quality service at all times.
  • Build trusting relationships with customers and provide excellent service and advice.
  • Develop a keen interest in our product range and services.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained store and work environment.
  • Be able to work in the shop and store yard as needed.

Requirements:

  • Interest in Agri sector.
  • Friendly outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills and ambition to deliver beyond customer expectations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills as well ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to multitask and to consistently deliver high standard quality work in a busy environment.
