Description

We are seeking an ambitious Chef de Partie to join our team at a beautiful hotel in Donegal. This exciting opportunity will enable the successful candidate to showcase their culinary expertise and creativity in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prior experience as a CDP in a 4* hotel or upmarket restaurant is essential for this role.
  • Excellent HACCP & Hygiene skills are required to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work well as part of a team and also on own initiative, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a busy kitchen while producing excellent cuisine, the successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Legally working in Ireland full-time with no restrictions is a must for this position.
