About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, managing employee performance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee and ensure the efficient running of the store, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Manage employee performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by ensuring excellent customer service and responding to customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Store Owner to achieve sales targets, improve profitability, and implement new initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other relevant software applications.
