Bulk Bio Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Bulk Bio Subject Matter Expert to provide technical leadership and expertise in the field of Bulk Bio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise on Bulk Bio to internal teams and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments, trends, and innovations in Bulk Bio.
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the organization through various forums and channels.
- Support project teams in early project phases, including site master planning, feasibility studies, concept development, and basic design.
- Conduct peer reviews of work performed by other companies and participate in SME reviews of client sites.
- Engage with the global network of SMEs and other staff to assist in training and mentoring the next generation of Subject Matter Experts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in design, operations, or process development.
- History of industry engagement with institutions like ISPE.
- Excellent knowledge in the area of speciality.
- Familiarity with facility layout principles and design as appropriate.
- Good understanding of regulatory framework.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to client interface, facilitate workshops, and technically assist project teams.
