Job Title: M&E Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled M&E Coordinator to join our team in Dublin. As an M&E Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all building services activities, from specification and procurement to installation, testing, and commissioning, are coordinated with every other construction activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate MEPS Trade Partners' work to ensure it meets the appropriate standards.
  • Participate in Project Health & Safety Meetings as required.
  • Drive MEPS Subcontractor Health & Safety performance through weekly technical services meetings.
  • Manage the production of ME coordinated drawings in conjunction with the CSA Works.
  • Manage the production/approval of technical submittals/samples from the MEPS subcontractors in line with the program and specification requirements.
  • Coordinate with utilities companies in a timely manner to ensure program compliance.
  • Monitor and track progress of the M&E install ensuring adequate resources are consistently provided to meet the program.
  • Coordinate the testing, commissioning, BCAR, and handover process with relevant specialists and sub-contractors.
  • Coordinate temporary M&E requirements for site set-up/project duration.
Requirements:
  • Third-level qualification in Building Services Degree or Building Services Related Diploma or Qualified Trade (M or E) or related discipline.
  • 5 years construction experience, Min. 3 years as a Services Coordinator.
  • Proven track record of seeing projects through to completion.
  • Understanding of design requirements and client's brief.
  • Proven ability to get along with project team & nurture a positive working atmosphere.
  • Autonomous – can deliver without close management supervision.
  • Results-oriented – possesses strong drive to deliver M&E service to the team.
  • Responsible – takes responsibility for his actions.
