We are seeking caring professionals to work in home environments, providing person-centred care to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities, frail older people, or those living with chronic illnesses or addiction.

About the Role

As a professional in this role, you will be delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
  • Be available to work flexible rotas, including evenings and weekends

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A calm and professional approach, even in challenging situations
  • Kindness, empathy, and a caring nature
  • A reliable and trustworthy attitude
  • Full clean driving licence and use of your own vehicle

You will also require:

  • QQI Level 5 Healthcare Modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person
  • 1 year paid experience in a similar caring role
  • Satisfactory Garda Vetting
