Design Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dublin / Castlebar / Galway / Limerick / Sligo. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of refurbishment and construction projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality engineering solutions from concept through to completion.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Support & Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of refurbishment and construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Design Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external design teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements across disciplines and project phases.
  • Tender Process Management: Support the preparation and coordination of tender documentation, including issuing tenders, evaluating submissions, and assisting in contract award processes.
  • Construction Oversight: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Services: Upon completion of relevant training, provide services as a Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) and Assigned Certifier, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
