Project Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping through to execution and close-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, coordination and execution of projects
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal departments to drive project success
  • Manage the introduction and qualification of new manufacturing equipment and technologies
  • Interface with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication on project progress
  • Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project-related equipment and materials
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects including equipment introduction and supplier/vendor coordination
  • Strong understanding of GMP and FDA requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
