Software Engineering Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team as part of a dynamic backend development project.

The role will involve designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications that integrate big data and analytics. You will work closely with our experienced team of engineers to develop cutting-edge solutions using Java and the Spring framework.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality, maintainable code that adheres to best practices and industry standards.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for efficient communication between components.
  • Develop secure APIs using OpenID Connect and JWT.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure iterative progress and meet project deadlines.
  • Engage in pair programming and peer review to improve code quality and knowledge sharing.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience building web applications, particularly for data analytics and visualization.
  • Expertise with full-stack web development using Java and the Spring framework.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of web application architectures and design patterns.
  • Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing providers such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with Git or other version control software.
  • Able to perform unit tests and integration tests to ensure reliability and robustness.
