Job Title:

Biologics Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Biologics Technician to join our team in Ballytivnan, Sligo. This role will require shift work and involves operating different equipment, minimizing material loss, and documenting all activities in line with cGMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate biologics processes, ensuring efficient production operations.
  • Minimize material loss and document all activities in line with cGMP requirements.
  • Perform final product visual inspection and intermediary packaging.
  • Conduct in-process testing methods and material receipt verification.
  • Transfer final material to warehouse inventory and dispose of domestic, biomedical, and hazardous waste.
  • Diagnose and resolve production equipment and process events or exceptions.
  • Keep detailed records of operations carried out during the work shift and adhere to relevant policies relating to Quality & Safety.
Qualifications:
  • 3rd level qualification in a relevant Science discipline.
  • 2 years experience in GMP manufacturing.
  • Antibody drug, ADC and drug substance purification experience is preferable.
