Job Description

As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering our products to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This involves ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly, while also providing excellent customer service.

Additionally, you will be required to assist on the trade counter as needed, responding to sales enquiries and offering alternative products or promotions to customers. You must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a trade environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Full clean valid driver's license

Person Specification

The following criteria will be used in the selection process: previous customer-facing experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, full clean valid driver's license, and computer proficiency.
