About the Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead cross-functional teams using various Data and Analytics technologies.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end project management for data and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• This role requires the ability to develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will oversee project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and adherence to financial constraints.
• Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading cross-functional teams using various Data and Analytics technologies.
  • Delivering end-to-end project management for data and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful execution and delivery.
  • Overseeing project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Adapting leadership styles to fit team, client and cultural needs, anticipating and escalating risks as necessary.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to understand data needs, communicate project progress and ensure alignment with strategic/project goals.
  • Couching and counselling junior team members, helping them develop skills and knowledge.
  • Working in multi-disciplinary teams across industries, using analytics to transform and improve businesses.
  • Creating innovative insights that add value to clients and society.
  • Championing operational efficiency improvements on projects and internal initiatives, driving projects to completion while ensuring high-quality work.
  • Contribute to the development of the wider Data & Analytics team's future by building our brand, attending events, collaborating with internal teams and producing thought leadership.
  • Establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships, identifying potential business opportunities for us to incubate or drive new solutions and services.

Requirements

• A completed degree (Bachelors, Masters or PhD)
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Intelligence professional or similar role in a consulting environment or equivalent, focusing on project delivery and management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Ability to supervise and develop others, effectively communicate, manage client expectations, deliver quality projects, work to timelines and grow the team.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.
• Ambition to continuously develop skills and abilities.
• Analytically minded, able to assimilate and apply new techniques and knowledge to deliver insights and solve problems.
• Professional with ability to work in diverse, evolving and dynamic client environments.
• Working knowledge of key analytics tools such as Reporting and visualisation: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik Programming languages: SQL, Python, R Cloud computing platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP Experience in any aspects of the data analytics lifecycle, for example Data Strategy Data Manipulation and ETL Data Analysis & Visualization Applying machine learning statistical analysis and other advanced analytics techniques to key business issues faced by our clients Relevant experience in Agile Delivery.
