About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our finance team at HireIQ. As an essential member of the team, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable across multiple entities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in month-end closing, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Supporting financial reporting and data analysis as required.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to improve processes and system efficiencies.

You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles, strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes, and experience working with accounting/ERP systems.
