ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
- Assisting in recruitment processes, including advertising roles, arranging interviews, and reference checking.
- Coordinating the onboarding process, drafting contracts, collecting new starter information, liaising with payroll, and setting up personnel files.
- Managing employee data, ensuring accurate information reflects employee contracts, change of details, annual leave absence, and other leave.
- Providing training to new employees on using the HR system.
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll and submitting reports to the finance department.
- Coordinating benefit programs, including bike to work scheme, joining pension scheme, and staff recognition program.
- Conducting exit interviews and assisting with administration in investigation processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A third-level degree in HR/Training & Development or equivalent qualifications.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' post-qualification experience in a busy HR function environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills, planning, organizing, and prioritizing workload effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.
