About the Role

The Audit Coordinator is responsible for evaluating and improving practices, policies, and procedures to ensure they are well-documented, compliant, and efficient. This role involves developing an internal audit framework with stakeholders, creating audit plans to assess operational effectiveness, and working with teams to deliver on-time requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive audit plan in collaboration with Compliance, Risk & Policy Lead and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate current processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving strategies.
  • Partner with local market leaders to develop a working knowledge of in-country legal landscapes.
  • Review and evaluate HR policies, procedures, and practices for compliance with current employment law.
  • Identify and document compliance issues related to HR services.
  • Collaborate with the Center of Excellence to assess gaps or risks and implement necessary changes.
  • Monitor records and associated data accuracy.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • Previous experience in operational HR roles including Risk Management.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Ability to resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience with HR systems and technologies.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislations.
