About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Device Program Lead to join our Global Device Development organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical project management leadership and planning expertise to deliver end-to-end program management for drug delivery device programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical project management leadership and planning expertise to Global Device Development programs.
  2. Lead internal/external partners to identify opportunities and solutions to enable the development programme to maintain on-track to plan.
  3. Generate and maintain project plans, resource forecasts, technical and business risk registers.
  4. Proactively use knowledge and information to communicate with peers to enable program execution.

About Your Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Pharmaceutical Science or Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of managing programs and leading complex cross-functional program teams in the Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience working across the full project development cycle, from discovery/in-licensing through to registration, launch, and post-market support.
  • Evidence of problem-solving and influencing when with 3rd parties.
