About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in elderly care to join our team as Assistant Director of Nursing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to residents.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff
- Develop and implement effective care plans
- Monitor and maintain high standards of care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse (NMBI) in good standing
- Minimum 3 years' experience in elderly care, including 2+ years in a senior nursing role
- Postgraduate qualification in Nursing Management (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
