HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist or Business Partner to join our team in Limerick.

The successful candidate will cover a wide HR remit and support diverse business units and management teams across the organization with their HR needs.

The role includes leading employee engagement and cultural initiatives, resolving HR queries, supporting external recruitment and internal talent moves, implementing HR change projects, preparing HRIS information packs, providing oversight on training/L&D, and working closely with senior leadership and unit management teams.

  • 3rd level degree qualified or higher in HR, business studies, or a related discipline.
  • 3-4+ years' experience in a HR Generalist, HP BP, or similar level role ideally.
  • Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, inter-personal, and engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to work on your own initiative and deliver on HR projects.

This is a maternity leave contract with a minimum duration of 12 months. Salary and benefits will be discussed during the application process.

The role will be a hybrid mix of 2 days office based / 3 days remote so could suit candidates based outside the immediate Limerick city region.
