We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Project Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on communities by helping them transition to a cleaner, greener future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with community groups to develop new projects that promote sustainability and energy efficiency.
  • Manage administration tasks for clients, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate with project managers and grants teams to identify and secure funding opportunities.
  • Assist in grant applications and project delivery files, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Research and identify funding opportunities available nationally for not-for-profit organisations.
  • Develop digital feedback forms and coordinate with fund beneficiaries to ensure effective communication.
  • Organise community events and manage an events calendar to engage with local communities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a coordination or project management role.
  • Third-level qualification in Business Administration or Project Management.
  • Excellent IT skills and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive results-oriented projects.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive attitude.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Previous experience in grant applications or tendering processes.
  • Knowledge of energy retrofitting or the construction industry.
