Civil Engineer Graduate Programme

We are excited to launch our Graduate & Placement opportunities for young and ambitious civil engineers. This programme is designed to give you the hands-on experience and professional development needed to thrive in the construction industry.

About the Role

This role involves assisting with surveying and setting-out duties, supporting the site management team, and liaising with clients and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements are adhered to and will work closely with quantity surveyors to manage materials and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assisting with surveying and setting-out duties
  • Supporting the site management team
  • Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree-level qualification in Civil Engineering and strong IT skills. You should also have practical site experience gained through a placement or paid employment. We value excellent communication skills, a well-organised approach, and attention to detail.
