Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor Assistant and Trainee Managers to achieve high performance, sales, and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and plan HR needs, building a motivated and skilled team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Engage with the local community to promote our brand and build lasting relationships.
- Plan, prioritize, and adapt operations to meet business targets and comply with company procedures and legislation.
- Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality or fast-food industry is essential.
- Strong leadership and team development skills are required.
- A proven track record of meeting sales and operational targets is necessary.
