We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as providing strategic advice to clients.
About the Role:
- Originate, lead and manage M&A transactions end-to-end (including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and negotiations)
- Collaborate effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility and maintaining communication with senior members
- Understand client requirements, co-develop approach, provide value through insights and advice
- Gather, verify and analyse information to formulate views
- Plan, prepare and review deliverables including information memoranda, reports and presentations
- Identify and escalate risks to more senior staff as appropriate
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience and deep technical knowledge of the Corporate Finance landscape with emphasis on M&A Lead Advisory; track record of end-to-end transactions
- Effective stakeholder communication; high commercial acumen
- Proficient in detailed financial and commercial analysis; identify sensitivities
- Ability to identify key issues and propose workable solutions
- Experience presenting findings in client-facing reports and deliverables
