  • Draft and submit reports to tax and statistical authorities as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of local labor legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in 1C software and experience with preparing and submitting personnel reports
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain effectiveness across a variety of responsibilities
