Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic early childhood educator to provide high-quality education in line with Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality early childhood education in accordance with national guidelines and regulations
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 2.5 to 5 years, promoting holistic development and learning
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that support the unique needs of each child, aligning with the Aistear and Síolta frameworks
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians, ensuring a collaborative approach to their child's education and care
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including Tusla regulations and ECCE scheme standards
The successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for early childhood education, a love for working with children, and strong communication skills to build relationships with colleagues and parents.
A minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent) is required, along with experience working in a preschool or early years setting. Strong teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
