Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced childcare professional to lead our thriving center in Prosperous. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children and staff.

About the Role:

  • Oversee daily operations of the childcare center
  • Ensure a safe, positive environment for children and staff
  • Manage staff and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, maintaining excellent communication and care standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing a crèche or other childcare facility OR extensive childcare management experience
  • Level 6 QQI qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • A passion for early childhood development and creating a happy space for children
