Job Summary

The Product Technology Manager, Data Architecture and Engineering will lead the development of data products that enable business metrics. This role involves creating program requirements, co-leading design and development, and managing the data product/program life-cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop data product strategy and roadmaps incorporating both near-term business requests for long-term needs.
  • Create data products that provide business metrics.
  • Conduct resource planning and make data product prioritization/trade-offs.

This role requires excellent technical leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in data products and technologies such as SQL, data warehousing, data architecture, and data governance.

Collaboration and Partnerships

This is a key position in our Analytics, Products and Tools team which leverages deep user insights and AI technology to improve or automate customer support experiences.

In this role, you will partner closely with various teams to simplify our Ads support products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for users.
