Senior Risk Management Professional

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced risk management professional to join our team as Senior Risk Management Director. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive risk management strategies across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of risk-based monitoring programs
  • Provide strategic guidance on risk management best practices and share expertise with colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and emerging trends in risk management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; master's degree preferred
