Our prestigious skincare journey began with Dr. Max Huber's experiment gone awry, leaving him severely burned.

A passionate stargazer and dreamer, he aimed to unlock the ocean's secrets to renewal.

Inspired by the sea, Huber fermented nutrient-rich sea kelp with other natural ingredients. Twelve years and 6,000 experiments later, our iconic Crème de la Mer product was born – dramatically renewing his skin.

The ocean remains a symbol of promise, driving us to honour its power as we continue to grow.

As one of our highly skilled Skin Care Experts, you'll combine your knowledge and technical expertise to create an exceptional customer experience while selling our market-leading products. With your passion for people and our brand, you'll ensure each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights them.

We're looking for individuals who thrive in a team environment, working together to deliver impact through in-store events and services. Ensuring our stores meet high visual merchandising standards is essential to standing out against competitors. This 22.5 hour contract is on a fixed-term basis.

While prior skin care experience in retail may not be necessary, we're willing to invest in your development to fill any gaps and provide the tools needed for success.

You'll have:

  • An ability to build lasting relationships with clients, leveraging your approachable and friendly personality
  • A passion for providing personalized client experiences
  • Confidence in speaking with customers, understanding their needs, and catering to them
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • We welcome applicants with intermediate level experience who can demonstrate a high level of skincare knowledge
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
