Job Overview

This is a key leadership role in managing the ongoing development and growth of day services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and older adults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations, setting direction and vision.
  • Support and supervise service managers across multiple locations.
  • Develop and implement person-centred services, aligning with national frameworks and standards.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of services, championing organisational values and human rights.
  • Oversee new initiatives, project management, referrals, admissions, and transitions.
Requirements:
  • Recognised degree in Social Care or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in disability services management, preferably 35 years.
  • Deep understanding of national standards like New Directions and Person Centred Planning frameworks.
  • Proven track record in audit management, quality reporting, and compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills are essential.
