Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Partnership Development Manager to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the DACH region through developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and partnership development.

Requirements and Preferences:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and partnership development roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
