Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and managing a team to ensure productivity, safety, and efficiency.

This role supports the management team and acts as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing good working relationships with team members.
  • Ensuring the team maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the warehouse staff.
