Job Description:
We seek an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the position of Person in Charge. This key role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement plans to ensure high-quality services, meeting regulatory standards and prioritising individual needs.
• Foster a culture of excellence, encouraging collaboration and continuous learning among staff members.
• Conduct regular supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings to monitor performance and provide guidance and feedback.
• Coordinate services across shifts, addressing any challenges or concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Demonstrate expertise in leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making, driving positive change and growth within the Centre.
• Embody Nua Healthcare Services' values, inspiring others to do the same and contributing to a cohesive and productive team.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A recognised degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health Science, Social Work) or equivalent experience in healthcare management.
• Proven track record of successful management in a similar healthcare setting, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
• A clean driver's license, with a minimum of 3 years' managerial experience in a healthcare context.
