Service Advisor Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Ireland.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the ambassador for our esteemed brand, providing exceptional customer service at every opportunity while maintaining our reputation globally.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, previous experience in customer-facing roles, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage information flow between the workshop, warranty team, dealership, and customer, ensuring seamless communication and excellent customer service.
  • Qualify service needs, diagnose vehicle issues, and establish understanding and agreement with customers on work to be carried out.
  • Calculate workshop capacity, manage handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles, and explain work carried out to ensure customers' full understanding and authorisation.
  • Maintain product knowledge on the full range, adhere to manufacturer brand service requirements, and maintain safe working practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer-facing hospitality or retail and customer service
  • Passionate about customer service and care
  • Ability to build customer trust, work under pressure, and remain calm to handle discerning customers effectively
  • Computer literate, accuracy in detailing customer requirements, and proactive follow-up with feedback to customers on status of their vehicle
