- Our team develops, tests, and incorporates operational systems, tools, and standards required for secure and coordinated operation.
- Stakeholders collaborate with us to manage planned and unplanned outages, voltage control, generator testing, scheduling, and dispatch, ensuring grid security.
- Develop strategic plans to ensure safe and secure power system operation.
- Liaise with stakeholders to manage outages, schedule tasks, and respond to alarms to maintain grid stability.
- Work collaboratively with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
Suitable candidates will have:
- An engineering degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in power system operations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and autonomous work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to develop innovative proposals and solutions.
- Good oral and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
