We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our team based in Dublin. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our sales team by handling tasks such as order processing, customer interactions, and data entry.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing essential support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating customer interactions, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
  • Preparing and distributing sales reports, proposals, and presentations based on templates.
  • Coordinating communication between sales representatives and clients.
  • Managing sales-related documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Creating sales-related documentation such as contracts and quotes based on catalogues and templates for internal review.
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings.
  • Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
  • Providing support in tracking and resolving order issues.
  • Tracking sales performance metrics and preparing reports for management.
  • Conducting data entry and ensuring database accuracy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data management tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Able to multitask, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
