Learning Facilitator

 

Our dedicated team is seeking an experienced Learning Facilitator to join us in Galway City. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a positive difference in the lives of people with intellectual disabilities and autism.

 

The Learning Facilitator role is based in Galway City and involves instructing individuals in various skills such as arts, crafts, social skills, woodwork, cookery, horticulture, and independent living skills.

 

As a Learning Facilitator, you will provide instruction on courses that promote specific skills, social development, personal care, and community integration. You will work closely with our team to establish and maintain relationships with individuals based on respect and equality.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals who present with behaviours that challenge, be able to instruct individuals in all programmes offered at Day Centres, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
